How we handle information on this website — plainly.

This website is operated by LUMERA Wellness Technologies ("LUMERA", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@lumeratechnologies.com.
We collect information you choose to give us — for example, when you submit our contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, facility or company name, area of interest, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential partnership.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, which is used to deliver and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; it sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
This site stores two small preferences in your browser's local storage: whether the chat assistant is switched on, and your analytics choice. They are never sent to us and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful. It only loads, and only sets its cookies, after you choose “Accept analytics” on the notice at the bottom of the page. Choose “No thanks” to keep it off, and use the Analytics preferences button at the foot of any page to change your mind; declining clears its cookies. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not use advertising cookies.
We use your information to respond to you and to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site, or where required by law.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address above. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
